The Pharmaceutical Society of Uganda (PSU) is the professional body for pharmacists in Uganda, established under the Pharmacy and Drugs Act (PDA) 1970, cap 280 of the constitution of Uganda. We set standards to promote good professional practice enforcing practice ethical conduct to Pharmacists. The council is charged with the general responsibility for securing the highest practicable standards in the practice of pharmacy and with the administration and management of the society and to be responsible for carrying out the functions conferred upon it by this Act.
